WHY?
Think small. There are riches in the niches. We, solopreneurs, are often encouraged to think big or think globally. I’ll show you why that is not how you should sell real estate. Real estate is a trillion-dollar industry, if not more. If you think big, you will burn out, and I am not only talking about real estate agents but also real estate investors and developers.
Riches in the Niches
You can have it all, maybe your parents told you. I am sorry to tell you, but they lied to you as they lie about Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny. Having it all is a myth; I am here to help you get that out of your mind. It is impossible to have a broad real estate career and become successful. You will burn out quickly if you run around doing it all and taking on every client that can fog up a mirror.
However, if you specialize in one thing, you can grab and hold onto a smaller piece of the pie. So think small. Find a niche you love and will enjoy serving for the rest of your career. It could be anything from selling haunted homes to selling luxury real estate. But whatever it is, make sure it’s small enough for you to handle and maximize the number of people to serve.

Wrapping Up
Avoid the trap of trying to do it all and have it all. You will only create burnout and be forced to leave an industry you love. But think small. There are riches in the niches. Specialize in a small area of the real estate industry. If you need help, don’t hesitate to reach out.
