Because the rocky road has immense satisfaction as you travel and overcome all the obstacles. The joy of doing something that will benefit you, your family, your friends is overwhelming. Also, let us not forget the financial independence that you will achieve at the top of the mountain.

- Take a walk daily.

- Avoid spending recklessly.
- Listen to music.
- Work on a craft
- Call a friend for support.
- Find a hobby.
- Play the piano.
- Use creative arts to express yourself.

Lastly, build a routine and stick with it daily. You will be able to overcome. Moving forward, you will be able to get pass the anxiety and become successful in your career.
